Click this icon
1. Indicate the type of transaction

2. Specify the Date
​
3. Time IN and OUT of OB.
​
4. A brief explanation of your Official Business.
​
5. Click SAVE to apply.
How to Cancel / Check the status of Official Business
1. Click the Filed OB tab.
2. Make sure the filter dates are correct to display the desired information.
3. Click Cancel button to delete the filed OB.
